The transformation that is taking place cannot be attributed to any one person or group. Thus far, many organizations political entities, agencies, businesses and caring individuals have come together in unprecedented ways.
Churches/Organizations
Perhaps the main catalyst of the changes so far have been a direct of churches and organizations working together. To the right you'll see the list of current partners.
Local Government
The City of Compton have worked hard on ushering in a "new Compton".
Our Mayor, Eric J. Perrodin has coined the phrase, “Birthing a New Compton,” which reflects his vision for the City. He believes this reflects all that Compton embodies, and has made strides to disseminate this thought throughout the administration and to the residents and share holders in Compton.
The City Council have also come together to focus their leadership for proactive solutions in helping to rebirth our city.
Businesses
We believe that businesses are the all important 'third-leg' (with local churches, local government) of the tripod that is needed to work together to see lasting change come to a community. Thus far several businesses have come on board to lend their expertise, resources and man-power to this movement.
Foundations
Foundations are another critical component of change. Several Foundations have come forward to partner with this rebirthing of Compton.
